Courtyard Minneapolis St. Paul/Roseville

The room was nice. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive. $25 for a banana, muffin and 2 cups of coffee. Shared my thoughts with the staff at the desk and the caucasian woman with long dark hair and glasses needs a class on customer service as she was curt and unapologetic. I was very respectful with my concern. She said that none of the Courtyard Marriott Hotels have complementary breakfast. I definitely will not be going back!! You can get the same nice rooms with a decent breakfast just down the road.

Both the sleeping area and bathroom were very clean. The pillows and mattress were very comfortable. The Patio was a nice place to have our morning coffee even with all the highway and train noise.

Everything was well kept up. They were always cleaning. The staff were pleasant and helpful when needed. The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing.

I liked that it was newer, clean and there were balconies. That was a very nice surprise. Also, check out was noon so that gave us plenty of time to enjoy the room and get ready.
